As CEO of Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, Neal scaled the company to a $1.5B market cap and delivered a 25% IRR on $233M invested. He led the merger of Cube Hydro Partners and Eagle Creek to form the largest pure-play hydroelectric platform in the United States.
A serial entrepreneur across the mining, energy, and paper sectors, Neal holds 30 patents and serves as a professor of mechanical engineering at Duke University, where he also earned his PhD. He holds a BS from Bucknell University.
